Returns/Exchanges
At EYEzON, we take pride in our quality and customer service. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase for some reason, please contact us at 323-864-1109 so we can do our best to achieve a resolution for you. No product returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return authorization is given, BUYER MUST repackage all items in same or new boxes with same amount of adequate packing as when received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you do not package item back in the same manor and we receive it damaged it will be refused and sent back to you as the owner. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s). *
PLEASE NOTE THAT GAUGE CUSTOMIZATIONS, LED MODIFICATIONS AND CUSTOM DERBY COVERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged/Missing Items
We pack things very well and have had minimal issue with damaged or lost items due to shipping. Please examine your purchase immediately upon receipt and before installation; If any part of your purchase is missing or damaged when received please let us know within 72 hours. For claims made due to damaged or lost goods, we must receive compensation from the courier before any replacement goods or refund can be issued. This can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the courier.

Warranty Claims
All customization work is fully tested prior to shipping.  Warranty issues must be submitted within thirty days of purchase date. We will do our best to address a problem within our means. No warranty returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If a return authorization is given, BUYER MUST repackage all items in same or new boxes with same amount of adequate packing as when received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you do not package item back in the same manner and it arrives damaged, it will be refused and sent back to you as the owner.  

*NOTE - We warranty all gauge/stereo customization work, but can not assume responsibility for your entire piece of equipment. We receive gauges in all ranges of condition and they all leave our shop looking like new (only super customized). Gauges have multiple components  (LCD screens, stepper motors, etc) which are common points of failure unrelated to our customization process.  We have extensive capabilities do help you with any needed repairs, but these will not be covered under our customization warranty. Also, most factory gauges are not 100% moisture-proof, even right off the showroom floor.  We close them up as good or better than the factory in a zero-humidity environment, but do not assume responsibility for any moisture accumulation in your gauges.

Vehicle Fitment
Please verify fitment for all items before attempting installation. All liability falls on the buyer once installation is attempted. It is expected that buyers are either capable of installing items on their own vehicle/motorcycle or will have items professionally installed and, as such, seller assumes no liability for damage due to attempted or improper installation. If you attempt to install any item(s) for any reason without making sure that the items will work for your vehicle/motorcycle first, no return will be accepted. Be sure you are using a reputable company to perform any installation(s).
